Here we are with a written episode update of “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” on 13th April 2021. The episode begins with Kartik and Narya is upset about their baby and the bother is busy searching for him and use to find him everywhere and both get worried but the baby is not there. On the other side, Aditya is at the Singhania house and everyone in the family member gets shocked. Nakash gets angry seeing him there.
Aditya tells Naksh that he is here to apologize to him but Naksh doesn’t understand him and about to hit him. Aditya tells everyone that I m here to apologize and request them to forgive him. Aditya realizes everything while Naksh is getting aggressive with him. On the other side Nayra keeps on searching baby and he calls her home to inform everyone.
She also informs me that nurse is also missing she might kidnap the baby. Nayra gets so worried and nervous and she gets unconscious. On the other hand, Naksh is getting angry with Aditya where Aditya confesses that he is her for the apology and only goes from here at one condition only. The situation is out of control but ACP handles the situation and takes back Aditya to jail.
Meanwhile, Kartik is doing his best to make Naray conscious and he calls doctors and he gets so upset for Nayara n the other side all the family members call the police to find abuy the baby. A nurse comes there and she tells everyone that she has an urgent call from her home. Nayra gets hurt from her and she keeps on taunting Leela for all this mishap. Kartik tries his best to handle the situation. Meanwhile, security comes with CCTV footage. But there are old clothes inside the which is seen in the CCTV footage.
Listening to the blame Leela cries and speaks to defend herself. While all this drama is going on Baby is crying and everyone rushes by following Baby’s voice he is with Luv and Kush. Nayra gets calm and happy when she sees her baby is fine. Later everyone is yelling at Nayra that how could be she is so careless and everyone is feeling guilty for Leela.
Nayara asks Kartik what is he finding from her. Leela stops Kartik and tells the truth after which BNaraya gets angry at Kartik as the truth is unbearable for everyone. The show is getting interesting day after day to watch the full episode set on the Star Plus channel.
