Who was Sarah Weddington?

She passed away on 26 December 2021, Sunday. She was also known as the daughter of a Methodist minister, and she was passed away at aged 76. She was given her best in her life by kept dedicated and passionate about her profession. Many of you are also getting impatient to know the reason behind her sudden death so let us tell you that her cause of death is still unknown. But as per one of her students who is Susan Hays, gave a statement and in this, she told that “Sarah died in her sleep at her home only and as her health wasn’t well.” But still, the exact reason for her death is unknown.

Here is the tribute from Rep John Bucy III which reads, “Sarah was a giant of Texas, she was the personality who has been supported numerous of women in her life. She had been set a legacy of keep on fighting for the rights and progress of women. She was the most talented and hardworking lady.”

He further added about Sarah, “I found myself lucky to meet her and work with her. She was the one who taught so much to me and I have never ever seen the most courageous woman like her in my life yet. All I pray to god to rest her in peace.”


When Sarah was 26 years old she had been taken the most controversial case in her hand and it 1took her five years to removed from law school. She was one of the five women who were removed from their class. While the case of her death is not known yet. Our deepest and heartfelt condolences are with her family.
