Emma and Jeremy were reported missing on Thanksgiving Day by the mother of Emma. The Missing Investigation Of Emma Sweet Explored
On Thursday, 25th November 2021, The mother of Emma Sweet lodged a missing report for her daughter and husband after they were last watched together on Wednesday afternoon, as per Sheriff Matt Myers: “Before us being called to that scene, the mother lodged a disappearing persons report on both Jeremy and Emma on Thanksgiving Day.”
On Friday, 26th November, duck hunters found a truck submerged in the White River at 06:00 AM. The police officials appeared at the scene and discovered Jeremy Sweet inside the truck without his daughter. He was allegedly watched with needlessness under the influence of paraphernalia and taken to the nearby hospital for hypothermia. Jeremy is also a sentenced felon who was recently released on bond for “possession of a gun” and “possession of methamphetamine.”
On Saturday, 27th November, the mother of Emma Sweet and her uncle joined authorities in their extensive search operation in the White River area. The rescue officers later discovered the jacket of the little girl downstream from the location where the truck of her father was found. Whilst the search of Saturday was called off for the area is too dark, the girl was discovered demised by officers the following day.
