Though, she is being seriously slammed for talking inappropriately to one of her clients. For the unversed, the term “trauma dumping” refers to venting somebody in an “unsolicited, unready way”. It is when an individual “dumps” their feelings onto someone, who is an “unsuspecting individual”, whether it is a close friend or a stranger.
This attribute is considered “toxic” and it is not acceptable for a therapist to possess it as it could affect the individual on the receiving end. The therapist tiktoker as a social media user has indicated that is a therapist who should never be saying things like this way to her clients.
