One of the famous Tik Tok stars uses to get arrested as he has been alleged for raping a 14-year-old girl. A TikToker Chippada Bhargav who is also known as Funbucket Bhargav raped a girl in Visakhapatnam. The police caught the accused at Hyderabad and booked him under (POCSO) Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act with other sections under the Indian Penal Code. Bhargav got fame when he used Tik Tok before this no one knows him.
Who is Niko Funbucket Bhargav?
He was highlighted on the video making app (TikTok) when he shot his video by using the line “Oh my God, Oh my God”, which went viral and later use by several brands including Twitter, Netflix, and Swiggy. The accused was arrested when the victim’s family registered an FIR against Bhargav in the Pendurthi police station on April 16, the girl’s family came to know the truth when she is got four months pregnant and they took a stand for their daughter.
Funbucket Bhargav Arrest Reason
Bhargav was arrested by the Andhra Police in Kompally of Hyderabad. The case has been registered under the sections including 376 (Punishment for sexual assault), 354 (Assault or criminal force to woman) of the Indian Penal Code, and under the POCSO. Later police fetched the accused to the Visakhapatnam.

As per the reports, this is the POCSO case hence the police have to transfer this case to the Disha police Visakhapatnam while the accused is arrested in Hyderabad. The assistant police commissioner of Disha Police station “Prem Kajal” has been stated that “the accused tried to convince a girl by doing a fake promise to her as he will going to offer her a work in media channels after watching her in Tik Tok videos”.

The survivor told, “that the accused propose to her and when she denied his proposal he used to call her and blackmail her by saying he has her private videos”, Later the accused sent for remand and the police personals seized his mobile phone and a vehicle. While the police warn the social media user not to share victims’ photos on any social media platform see they will get arrested.
