Somehow, RADE(the Rapides Area Drug Enforcement) unit registered complaints against a local medical provider in November last year as the alleged medical provider was providing drugs that were favorable for sexual activities, by that point in time the detectives of the RADE unit started looking for the suspicious guy in the drug trafficking and police found Declouet as the most suspicious person for human and drug trafficking.
