His family was shattered with the missing of their son as the civilian construction workers at Fort Bragg was last spotted at his residence by his ex-girlfriend, the Fayetteville Observer informed and she told authorities that a coworker of Chambers, Howard Adrian Ashleman take him up to drive him to the weekend rescuer job.

Ashleman, a colleague of Chambers, later migrated to Florida and tied the wedding knot but ultimately confessed to his wife that he had assassinated Chambers and now was feeling guilty plea in the month of January 2017. The agreements fell through on many events but Ashleman was ultimately apprehended in Randolph County on 12th February 2018. Now the question is where is Howard Adrian Ashleman presently?

Howard’s petition was guilty of 2nd-degree murder 8 days after he apprehends and was admitted to jail on 21st February 2018. As per the terms of his appeal deal, his sentence is between 15 years and 6 months and 19 years and 8 months and public records show that Ashleman’s projected release date will be on 7th August 2033, at that time he will be 40 years old.
Howard is presently 28 years old and serving his judgment at the Columbus Correctional Institution, which is a medium-security facility for men prisoners which is located in Whiteville, southern North Carolina as per the public records. As per his offender detail with the North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Howard has 4 infringements to his name, even including involvement with a security or gang risk group (SRG), fighting, and weapon possession.
As per Cumberland District Attorney Billy West, After the assassination, Howard fled to Florida where he tied the wedding knot and “found religion”. The Fayetteville Observer reported that prosecutions informed the court at Howard’s judgment that he had told his wife about the crime he committed many times and his wife observed at least one of these discussions and told Florida police about it.
In the month of February 2018 at the first hearing of Ashleman in the court where he was charged with the murder of Chamber, WNCN stated that the wife of Ashleman was present and trying to hug the parents of Chamber but was turned away.
