The former UFC light heavyweight champion purchased the property for a whopping $2.6 million in the year 2012. His estate has five bedrooms, five baths, and sprawls across 5,923 square feet, the mansion also has a pool, library, spa, and vaulted ceilings, and a full-sized basketball court.
Before he moved to Southern California, Chuck Liddell used to live in San Luis Obispo, his property was featured on MTV Cribs, the 4,600 foot home which was built in 1965, it has an in-ground pool with a spa, waterfall, and rock slide, Liddell bought the property in the year 2006Â for $1.275 Million, he later sold it for $1.2 Million in the year 2011 due to the real estate dip.

The lawsuit states that the daughter of the young couple suffered mysterious nosebleeding, sore throat, and other health problems after moving into the bedroom which was “riddled with mold”, the lawsuit was filed against Chuck Liddell, his real estate agent naming Dustin Ward.
The former champion later settled the lawsuit in the year 2019 as he paid off the heft amount of $70,000, the terms of the settlement included $31,500 each for the couple and $7,000 for their daughter, the lawsuit was including allegations such as breach of contract, breach of negligence, civil conspiracy, intentional infliction and emotional distress amongst others which turned out to be unfruitful for the former UFC champion.
