Nazaif was hospitalized in Bradford Mental Institute for the year 2019 and was only discharged on the condition to lose the tendencies and thoughts of suicide. Later on in the court, it was disclosed that the teenager had stages of mental instability developed at the time working away from his family residence under Boss Qamaar Waheed. The Boss Qamaar made the statement that Nazaif had slit marks on both his wrists which was the clear sign of depression and loneliness from which he was suffering.

Nazaif Haider Jaffrey was searched demised from suicide in his home place at Lidget Green which is in Bradford on 14th January 2020. Whilst his initial demise statement was ruled out by a cause of suicide, the inner mental instability and staged bullying cycle the boy had to face when he was in school were later on highlighted in the proceedings of the court.

Nazaif was a pupil and part-time worker at Bradford and was a sufferer of continuous abuse and bullying from his co-students who always mocked him about his origins and ethnicity. At the age of 16, he fell prey to mental illness and was admitted to a psychiatrist for his mental treatment. Later on, he was discharged from the hospital, and then he has begun living alone in Bradford ignored by his family members for several months.
