This incident created a panic among the resident of that area as they are worried that they too might be a victim as people these days are so careless that they drive recklessly and whisky.

The pedestrian who lost their life in the incident has been identified as Kelly Hamilton while the other one was a 75-year-old man.

Reports from the confined sources are saying that the incident took place on Thursday at 5 pm. The suspect is identified as Downy who was sitting inside a car and driving it.
Downy was running a 2020 Cadillac eastbound on Lakeshore Boulevard West at the English street intersection. At the point of the intersection 36 years old collided a car into a parked van, on the south side of that street.
An investigation report of the officers is unveiled that the man was regained consciousness and again sat in his vehicle, after which he traveled eastbound at “a high rate of speed.”
