The reports are coming that the West Bengal lockdown has extended till the 30th of June 2020. Yes! The reports are coming that the CM of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee today has taken the decision to go further with the lockdown till the end of June. As you all might know that the COVID-19 situation is getting serious in India and a lot of professionals and businesses are affected by the same.

Now the reports are coming that the West Bengal Chief Minister has confirmed that the lockdown will be extended and she even added, “The lockdown is being extended in the state till June 30, with all existing relaxations and conditions still in place. Earlier, we had allowed only 10 people at social programs such as a marriage or a funeral ceremony, now we have increased it to 25.”

Sources are suggesting that the thing wasn’t right for the Wet Bengal as we have seen cyclone hit and now it is expected that the COVID bomb will blast too. The reports are coming that the whole thing will be resolved but it will take time. Sources are saying that the whole country will fight the COVID-19 situation in the same way. The country has unlocked the lockdown as it was imposed by the government back in 25th March 2020.

Reports are also coming that the unlock has started from 8th May 2020 but the thing is that it also started the raise on COVID-19 patients numbers. The Mamata Banerjee-led government had already eased curbs in the state from June 1, allowing places of worship to reopen and now the reports are coming that the operationalization of the jute, tea, and construction sectors is also started from the same point.

You must know that the Mizoram has announced that the two-week total lockdown is beginning from tomorrow. Also, the reports are coming that some other state government is thinking the same also we got to know about the quarantine period which is increased from 14 to 21 days in many states.
