The supervisor at the bar heard a commotion out the front as he reached the front door, a woman lunged in screaming saying “he is going to kill me”, this has been stated by the spokesperson to AAP. The supervisor then went on to close and lock the doors behind her safety, the other bar staff attended to treating her wound until police and medics arrived at the time.
Guests were let out of the rear gate of the building despite being able to open its dancefloor at midnight when the venue closed as “everyone was completely shaken by the incident”, police are investigating and they have urged anyone with information to contact the authorities.
It has been told by the investigators that the 25-year-old woman was spray painting over a poster on Smith Street when she was approached by an unknown man about 11:00 pm, this has been stated by the Victoria police in a statement, the pair had an argument before the woman threw the spray towards the man as she was trying to escape the scene.

The man went on to follow her and threw the spray can which stuck her in the back of the head of the woman, the man flew the scene as the staff members from a nearby venue rendered assistance to the woman before she was in the hospital for the treatment of her minor injuries.
