The electronic gadget video taken by another student views that the male student throwing punches at the girl as she is lying on the ground and screaming. The suspect repeatedly hits, kicks, and even spits on her as a staff member attempts to break it up, prior to the male student, with one arm in a cast, going back for more and charges at the female student.
At a certain point, the female student shouts about her phone after the boy appeared to hit it with his foot. The student who captures the video stated that the fight emerged 2 freshmen and was over a spilled drink. He stated that the female student threw the cup of coffee on the male student, then spit on him and whatever the boy did that was his retaliation. Officials with Broward County Public Schools stated that no wounds were reported.
The district stated in the given statement that “School staff intervened to bring the situation under their control. There are no such reports of injury. The school is in communication with the students and families involved in this case. ” Due to the safety of the children their name has not been released. But the school is investigating the matter.
