WATCH: Federal Circuit Court Youtube Streaming Video Goes Viral: The Serbian tennis player, Novak Djokovic is currently trending all over the web. Not because of his game but due to his visa issue. The second visa hearing of Novak Djokovic will be viewed live on Youtube on the official channel of the Australian Federal Court on Saturday, 15th January 2022. On Friday, 14th January 2022, Alex Hawke, the Immigration Minister of Australia exercised his personal power to cancel the visa of the Serb, saying it was in the “public interest” to do so. Hawke stated in a statement which reads that “Today I exercised my power under section 133 C(3) of the Migration Act to abandon the visa held by Mr. Novak Djokovic on good and health order grounds, on the basis that it was in the public interest to do so.”

As assumed, Globe No. 1’s attorneys appealed the decision and at first, a hearing will take place on Saturday, 15th January 2022. An appeal hearing is expected to be conducted on Sunday, 16th January 2022. The hearing has been moved from the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia to the Federal Court of Australia and will be listed prior to Judge David John O’Callaghan at around 10:15 AM local time (04:45 AM IST, 11:15 PM GMT).

In order to provide transparency, the hearing will be broadcast live on Youtube through the official channel of the Federal Court Of Australia.

Though, if he is deported from the country prior to the order of play being released, Kecmanovic will play against Andrey Rublev who is World No. 5.
