UP Lockdown: New Guidelines and Several Instructions Issued By Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

Day by day the deadly Wuhan Virus is at its extreme and the second wave of it spreading rapidly amongst the masses. The thousands of cases are coming on a daily basis which is creating threats and tension amongst the Indian citizens as well as the Indian government. Many states are already imposed night curfews and weekend lockdown in their states in order to break the chain of the Wuhan Virus cases. Recently Delhi government imposed the Nights curfew from 6th April to 30th April 2021. Now Uttar Pradesh released new guidelines and several restrictions to restrain the circulation of the deadly virus.

UP Lockdown

The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath issued the new guidelines in which a night curfew is imposed in many cities of the state along with Kanpur, Lucknow, and Kanpur from today onwards. The timing of the night curfew is varying from city to city in Uttar Pradesh. In Kanpur, the timing of the night curfew is 10 PM till 6 AM and in Lucknow, it is from 9 PM to 6 AM and in Varanasi, it will observe a long week curfew which is starting from 8 April.

The guidelines and the restrictions have been foist after the order of Allahabad High Court’s. This night curfew is imposed after watching the high rises in the WuhanVirus cases. The high court had ordered the Uttar Pradesh Government to provide the vaccination to all the citizens of UP and foisting a night curfew among the state. The order was passed by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday, during a video conference along with numerous district judges.

Here we are sharing the details of the New Guidelines:-

  • After watching the rises in the cases of the Wuhan Virus, the district judges in Uttar Pradesh imposed the night curfew from today onwards from 9 PM to 5 AM in many cities.
  • In the areas where 100 cases are being recorded on the basis of per day or have more than 600 active cases, the district judge can make a decision for the cancellation of the examinations, holidays, and other safety measures.
  • The person who is coming and going railway stations, airports and bus stations will have to show their ticket.
