His love for music and his endeavor for success outmatched any of us.” Apart from it, the bandmates of Tom Parker from The Wanted have uploaded an emotional video tribute to him, following the funeral of the late vocalist. The 4-and-a-half minute compilation video viewed several clips of Parker and his bandmate, who created the group in the year 2009, concluding with the message “we love you brother”.
“Sleep Well Brother x”, the band stated on their official Twitter account, uploading a link to the video on Youtube. Set to a piano-backed version of the hit track Gold Forever of the band, in which Parker sang the opening line, the video clips included behind-the-scenes snapshots of the band at the time of their recent tour and reunion, as well as their early days and bits from official music videos.

It viewed plenty of laughs and love between bandmates and Parker, Max George, Jay McGuiness, Nathan Skyes, and Siva Kaneswaran, as they took part in photoshoots and shows together while Parker was battling his stage 4 brain tumor. The lead singer died on the 30th of March at the time of his passing he was 30 years old, following his diagnosis in the month of October 2020.

Family and close pals, including Liam Payne from One Direction, attended the private ceremony at the ceremony which was held at St Francis of Assisi church in Petts Wood, south-east London on Wednesday morning.
