There has been a case of a 10-year-old girl who has been rushed to the hospital having major injuries which have been stated to be life-threatening, she got struck by a vehicle in Vaughan in Thornhill Woods, the girl got struck on Pleasant Ridge Avenue which is in between Coltrane drive and Basie Gate.
Thornhill Woods Accident Update
The accident took place at 10:45 am, the girl got struck by a vehicle which is being identified as Hyundai Santa Fe, the car was being driven by a 33-year-old driver who did not leave the scene, was present at the scene. It has been further stated by the Regional police.
The investigation seems to be going on and if there are any witnesses who haven’t spoken about the case with the police or if there is anyone who has dashcam footage from the area are being asked to share their knowledge with the police authorities as it is going to help out the little girl who has lost her life in the tragic incident.
There are so many questions that have not been answered by the authorities as of yet, the name of the girl and the 33-year-old driver’s identity has not been revealed as of yet, it is not known as of yet if this is a case if drink and drive or not, there have been no statements which have come from the family of the girl who has faced an untimely death.
