Who is Thomas Bovaird? NY student, 21, accused in Elmira torture killing man: As per the latest news report, Thomas Bovaird, the village resident of Horseheads has been arraigned for the cruel dismemberment, kidnapping and assassinating of Juan Jose Gotay. A grand jury lodged him for his 1-st degree killing, kidnapping in the 1st degree, two counts of assail in the 1st degree and another two counts of assail in the 2nd degree. Previously, we have reported many incidents of similar nature, including the death case of Lisa Shuler.
Who is Thomas Bovaird?
Lisa was found demised and dismembered at her house following which her boyfriend Seth Larson who had absconded to West Virginia was charged with the murder of second degree. He was apprehended after calling 911 requesting an ambulance after abiding a wound in the month of June this year. One more case of cruel murder and dismemberment involves Anastasia Yeshchenko and Ayzhan Edilova scary killings.
He is a 21-year-old student who studying at Corning Community College which is in New York. The native of Horseheads Linkedin Profile does not unveil his field of study, though there is a mention of his employment on his page. He works for Panera bread and in his words explains himself as the “top employee” of the brand for the past 8 months. His bio section reads, “I presently attend Corning Community College and will change to the Buffalo State for my degree in Masters. I have sales experience along with good communication skills very friendly and helpful towards customers. I cook food, then serve it, stock the walk-in and freezer on the nights of Thursday and Friday. I have a great work ethic and I am an honest worker.”
As per the indictment of Bovaird, he reportedly shot his sufferer Gotay in the shoulder and left leg, frequently struck and kicked him, mangled his eye with the use of the pointed instrument, cut off his tongue, then burned his ears and buttocks and caused several injuries to his mouth, teeth and jaw. Bovaird then dumped his sufferer in a remote area which is Pennsylvania to die. He had reportedly kidnapped Gotay with “unknown associates” in the month of January this year.
The corpse was only founded sometime in the month of April in Ulysses Township on Route 6. The dead body of Gotay was tied with an electrical cord prior to being dumped in Pennsylvania. It is not clear yet when he was moved across the states. The actual date of the death is not known yet nor is it determined if Gotay was brought to PA demised or was assassinate after crossing state lines.
