The new song of The Weeknd has been released which is “take my breath” and the artist has released the video of the song recently, it is the first single off the upcoming album of the artist which is going to be a follow up of his 2020 album naming ‘After Hours’. the video has been directed by Clique and the movie comes with a warning of epilepsy, in the video you are going to be seeing the artist walking into the dawn and also in the hallway from where he is going to magically emerge in a club which is going to have eye wrenching dancing and lights

There, he finds someone to hook up with as they dance together and will be seen sharing oxygen through an oxygen tank, and then his breath is totally taken away as he is being strangled by the paramour’s braids. the artist teased the fans by having a commercial in the Olympics of his new song ‘Take My Breath’ which was for the Team USA women’s field and track team. He even shared an instrumental teaser and the song has thumping drums and endlessly tangled synths and the footage is going to be landscapes and a rising sun for the most part.
The artist even spoke about his new music in one of the interviews which he recently had with GQ which has been published on Monday dating to 2nd August, he has described the sound of his new album as “Quincy Jones meets Giorgio Moroder meets the-best-night-of-your-fucking-life party records.”
The artist also appeared last month on Belly’s ‘better believe’ which is also featuring Young Thug, he has also announced recently his plans as he is planning to launch a new HBO series which is going to be alongside Euphoria which is created by Sam Levinson, the Weeknd is going to be starring and he is also going to co-write and he is going to be the executive producer of the show and the new venture of the artist is going to be interesting to see as to how is it going to turn out for the artist.
