On Friday, two people were arrested in the conspiracy in order to kill Kashmiri activist Sushil Pandit. The police confiscated two foreign pistols, four cartridges, and one mobile phone which contains photos of Pandit. Four sidearm were also captured by the police from RK Puram. The murder plan was made by the murder accused Prince Kumar who is currently in Jail.
Now the question is who is Sushil Pandit and why the accused want to kill him?
Sushil Pandit is a conspicuous Kashmiri activist who is encouraging the rights of Kashmiri Pandits. Sushil established Hive Communication India Pvt Ltd in September 1999. He took the authority as a Chief executive officer. He greets the Modi Government’s monumental decision of Article 370. He believed in the fact that this article is providing a special place to Kashmir. His educational qualification is MA in Chinese. He went to the Jawaharlal Nehru University, in Delhi. His birthplace is Syria.
He is a motivational speaker. He is a former media controller in McCann Erickson. He was served as National Media Director for five years and he was also in the Vice president post on Contract Advertising Limited. According to the media reports, Pandit informs in one of his interviews that ” For the past several years, I have to enunciate about and showing the situations of Kashmiri people. I turned out to be very vocal about the situation facing by the Kashmiri Pandits and the most sensational decision of the Govt of India on Article 370 and these, I think most of the people who are against or opposing both things especially regarding Article 370 obviously not liked the idea. The police should investigate all those who are behind the conspiracy.
Police arrested the Contract Killers
On Saturday the Delhi Police claimed to have deflected an executing conspiracy on Kashmiri activist Sushil Pandit with the imprisonment of two accused contract killers from Punjab’s Faridkot. According to the police these two contract killers were hired by a criminal facing trial who himself accused in a murder case. These two killers were captured on Friday from RK Puram with the other four sidearm. The two killers who were arrested are Sukhvinder Singh whose age is 25 and Lakhan whose age is 21. The contractor hired them in the amount of Rupees 10 Lakh each for Killing Pandit.
Police registered a case of criminal conspiracy, the Indian Penal Code sections 120B and 115 at RK Puram Police station. According to the police, they are assuming that a foreign hand is also involved in the plot of Pandit murder, the case has been moved to the hand of Delhi’s Special cell for further investigation. Police are claiming that they had found proof against the people who are located in Dubai and Pakistan that they have links with ISI. They are involved in the conspiracy of Pandit murder.
