Sophie Morgan has stated the people have been finding it hard to understand, the disability which she suffered because of the incident has not ruined her life as she got paralyzed in a car accident at the age of 18. she was put in the wheelchair as she suffered from T6 spinal cord injury in the year 2003 which resulted in paralysis when we talk about chest down and stated she had a lot to learn about her disability. She has gone under a host of many impressive projects, she has presented Channel 4’s TV coverage for the Paralympics which happened in the year 2016 in Rio de Janerio and she is planning to head back to Tokyo this year.

She appeared on Lorraine for today, she stated many people are scared of change, she stated and believes her life has changed for good as this has encouraged her to live properly. She stated people are really frightened of change and they don’t try to get out of their comfort zone, but for her change has provided her with so much positivity, she leaned into it and seek it out, she stated she wants her life to be full of excitement and full fo variety.
She stated she has learned the hard way that the worst thing which happens in your life can lead you to the best things in your life, she further stated it is pretty hard for people to relate with her as they think her life has been ruined because of her disability, for her, she thinks this has made her life and it is the reason of her happiness.
Her successful career in the Television industry began in the year 2009, it was pretty difficult for them to adapt to the injury, she stated this has become a part of her life and she couldn’t be happier in her life. She stated she had to learn a lot about her disability as she had no knowledge about it before it happened to her, she stated all of the people whom she has met have inspired her always.
It shows, disability is something that is not something to feel pity for, just keep your head straight and have an attitude like her and everything is going to be just fine.
