The most awaited forthcoming film of Rajkumar Rao’s and Janhvi Kapoor’s “Roohi” trailer is finally out. The makers of the film released the trailer of the film today, the movie was earlier titled “Roohi Afzana”. The genre of the film is comedy horror and Janhvi is playing the role of a ghost. With this trailer, the makers also announced the official release date of the film in theaters. The film will be going to release on 11th March. This film is directed by Hardik Mehta and produced by Dinesh Vijan and music by Sachin-Jigar.
The trailer of the film gives spooky vibes to the viewers with the hilarious comedy of Rajkumar Rao, Varun Sharma, and Janhvi Kapoor. “Roohi” is a continuation of the horror-comedy film Stree 2018. In Stree’s movie, Rajkumar Rao was paired with Shraddha Kapoor who played the role of a witch. And now in “Roohi”, the makers came back with the same based storyline as Stree. Only the difference is that in the Stree movie the witch kidnapped only the men but in “Roohi” the witch will be going to abduct brides on their honeymoons.

The storyline of the film
As the trailer already suggests the idea of the film Roohi who is possessed by the witch abducts the brides from their honeymoon. Whereas the two small-town boys, Veer and Raj both take the responsibility to protect the brides but get snug in a forest with Roohi. The comic timing of the actors is hilarious in the trailer especially Rajkumar Rao and Varun. Rajkumar Rao playing the role of stutter both the actors of the film are falling in love with Roohi (Janhvi).

In the trailer, only Janhvi Kapoor, Rajkumar Rao, and Varun are featuring. Thrice is looking amazing in the trailer and playing the roles of small-town people. The coming timings of the film are quite impressive and have the potential to hold the interest of the audience from start to end. But the audiences are also waiting to watch the acting of Pankaj Tripathi in this film. The sound effects and the cinematography of the film are quite good.
This film will be going to the first film of Bollywood who will be going to release in the theaters after the lockdown on 11th March.
