The storyline of this serial is different which makes it different from others. Instead of family drama, the serial portrays the evil subjects of ancient times and how the efforts and struggles of a girl named Ahilya in order to get the right to education for her are quite interesting to watch. After great efforts, her desire is finally coming true but only one obstacle is standing in front of her dream to achieve her goal and that is her mother-in-law who does not want her to get the right to education.
To destroy her dream they all planned to conduct 4 tests in which she needs to prove that she has all the qualities of a good daughter-in-law and if she gets passed in it then she can start her journey of education. These tests are not going easy to complete as they already planned a lot of hurdles so that Ahilya even forgot the name of the study. On the side, her father-in-law is in the favour of her education and he believes that Ahilya will pass all these 4 tests and come out victorious.
He challenges her wife that Ahilya will surely attain her dream to get an education. In one of the promo, we can watch that Gautama Bai is talking to her husband and says you have doubt and worried about the challenge if Ahilya will be lost in these tests then you will also get fail in your challenge. After hearing this Malhar Rao laughs at her and says I know very well Ahilya and have full confidence and trust in her that she will give the answer to your question before the end of the time.
He further says it seems like that you yourself have not belive in your first test and then he laughs again at her. Only Malhar Rao is in favor of her education otherwise rest of the people believes that it is against the norms of society. On another side, Khanderao and Ahilya in their room, and Khanderao asks her she has ever been to a vegetable market and knows how to do a bargain. You do not have such an understanding of business that’s why you get happy after seeing that with only 1 coin get a lot of bags of grass. Khanderao told Ahilya the truth about the answer to the riddle, will she still takes help Tukoji or will he mind?
