There has been a fatal car crash and the police are investigating the case as of this point in time, the crash has taken place on the Northern Gold Coast which happened last night. The accident has happened at a Ford Falcon, the car was being driven by a man who is in his 20’s, he was traveling West which is along Yawalpah road which happened around 11:00 pm last night.

It is being stated when the car approached the intersection at Gawthern drive, it collided pretty hard with an embankment, after the incident took place, emergency services arrived pretty soon at the scene. but as they reached the man was pronounced dead at the scene, it has been stated by a police spokesperson, the driver driving the Ford Falcon came into contact with the power lines as he got ejected from the car.
It has been stated by the police, speed was one of the factors because of which the car crash happened and it seems like the authorities are asking the people to come forward if they have witnessed the scene. The car crash also resulted in a power cut for almost 3000 Gold Coast residents as they lost their light for a while at night.
