The audience-less performance came out as part of the series of band Dinner And A Movie. Later, the performance was put together following the delay of New Year’s Run by Phish at Madison Square Garden due to the rise in COVID-19 cases, powered by Omicron Editions.
However, the show of the band was broadcast for free on Youtube and also at LivePhish.com with a simulcast on Phis Radio. All their fans were asked to contribute to The WaterWheel Foundation. All the donations that will be collected will go towards the six non-profits of Phish community including Headcount, Phans For Racial Equality, Divided Sky Foundation, Conservation Law Foundation, The Mockingbird Foundation, and Mimi Fishman Foundation.
