He stated that they recently had a conversation as they still are on good terms with each other, the relationship came to an end, he further stated, there has always been mutual respect as he stated they were just talking the other day. The former Metro FM personality alluded that he had committed a lot more of his time in his career than he did to relationships.
As we talk about Pearl, there was respect all around, she also received the gig of Quantico when she was there in New York, he knew that the only thing which has driven her career is to hold a statue one day, maybe an Oscar or something. Robert has been always adamant about being friends with Pearl even after they both broke up. It seems like there is a lot of respect between the former pair and they have handled their split with utmost maturity and it seems like people are pretty happy that they both have carried themselves with sincerity when it comes to talking about their relationship. He ended by saying, the only thing he owes to South Africans in what he does in radio and television.
