NKUNA city: Mathabatha Pleased With Nkuna City: It has been stated by Limpopo Premier Mathbatha that he is pleased with the development of Nkuna City, it is a smart city project having an estimated value of  R1.5 billion at Nkuzana village which is outside Elim, it has been further stated by Mathabatha that this is going to become the first city which will get constructed after the dawn of democracy and it is going to be the first city which is going to be built by black people. As we talk about the official launch of the construction project on Thursday, it has been stated by Mathabatha that the project is in line with the government’s call in order to fast track rural government, it has bee further stated by Mathabatha as he spoke during the official launch of the construction project on Thursday, he stated the project is in line with the government’s call in order to fast track rural government.

He has further stated that the government is fully committed to building the infrastructure which is needed to support the development of the smart city, he has further hailed Nkuna when it comes to the shopping malls which his company has built in the province, they are also contributing immensely to the province’s economic development.

The manager of Nedbank Property Partners Claire Denny, have described the founder and the chairperson of the Masingta group of companies have stated that Dr. Mike Nikuna is a resident leader, Denny is saying they have been working with the property development company for more than 16 years and they have witnessed the company which is growing strength to strength.

She was recently speaking at the launch of the company’s latest project, it is a smart city project and it has an estimated value of R1.5 Billion at Nkuzana village which is outside Elim, they have been making it easy for the consumers in order to gain easy access when it comes to goods and thus helping to extend the buying power in the country.
