As per the sources, the abatement suit has been filed by the producer of Good Morning America, Kirstyn Crawford in the New York State Court, the producer also claimed that ABC didn’t take any action when it came to the light for the first time in 2017. ABC is the unit of the Walt Disney Company that has been named as a defendant in the lawsuit which first came out by the Wall Street Journal. Kirstyn claimed that Corn harassed her in 2015 when she was working with him at GMA. According to the lawsuit, they both went to Los Angeles to cover the Oscars.
She stated that Corn tried to touch and kissed her forcibly when they were returning to the hotel after the party the whole night before the awards. Corn said to her that he will help her to make his career. He was drunk at that time and attempted to touch and kiss her again even after she brought drugs for him at his request. He also sexually harassed Jill McClain who is a producer and worked for him. In a statement, he denied all allegations stating, “I will be pursuing all available legal remedies against these women and defending myself vigorously.”
Corn gained his graduation degree from the University of Michigan. He is also known as the long-serving employee at ABC. In 2002, he joined ABC for GMA as an investigative producer. During the time, he worked for GMA, it has got five Emmy awards along with two consecutive wins for the Outstanding Morning Program in 2017 and 2018.
