Lt. Col. Ma. of Cebu City Police named Theresa Mactangay warned everyone that a small smell of alcohol consumption could be the reason for their prison. Lt. Theresa also added that the Commission of Elections’s resolution number 10746 promulgated on 16th December 2021 announced jail of a minimum of one year and a maximum of six years and police can put any people without probation who will be found breaching the liquor ban.
