His wife and close friends and other family members were with him in his last times. According to the sources, He was suffering from prostate and other cancer diseases. He passed away on February 05 night. He lived in Las Vegas. He was one of the most prominent boxers in Las Vegas. Our deep condolence to his family members. Leon Spinks was one who shocked the whole boxing world by defeating Muhammad Ali to win the title of a heavyweight in 1978, at that time he was not on the rank list and picked Muhammad Ali as a challenger.
