Why is Blac Chyna suing the Kardashians?
Blac is charging the Kardashians for reportedly getting her ex-E! reality series Rob and Chyna called off. The abatement suit was lodged in the year 2017. The reality series Rob and Chyna was constructed to give limelight to their relationship. The duo started dating in the month of January 2016 and they got engaged in the month of April. Later on, the duo welcomed their first daughter Dream in the month of November. Though, things not get well in their relationship and came to an end within a month after as they declared their split.
When they both were together, the 1st season of the show had been recorded. In her abatement suit, Blac asserted that E! had permitted a second season of the show. The TV star supposed the deal was broken because of Kris Jenner and their sisters Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe. The Abatement Suit has not been resolved so far. On, 29th November 2021, a trial jury against the family is also taking place. One of the important winnings for Blac was when the judiciary bench ruled she is authorized to a trial by jury. The advocate of Chyna, Lynne Ciani, informed Page Six that Blac provided “significant proof” to support her accusations which she made against the family.
The lawyer further added, “Chyna also demonstrate that however, Krish Jenner was the chieftain for the plot to get the second season of “Rob & Chyna” called off, Kylie Jenner, Khloé Kardashian, Kim Kardashian West each independently defamed and deliberately interfered with the contract of Chyna for the second season- so all the 3 daughters face a judiciary trial for their unlawful conduct against Chyna.”
