But then Dev unveils to her that at that time Sanjana was not acting and that was actually proposed to him that night.

He says that he was getting worried about the gesture of Sanjana and he further tells Sonakshi that Sanjana is the aunt of Suhana as her elder sister was the biological mother of Suhana. After hearing this Sonakshi gets stunned and could not able to believe the words of Dev.
