They have named the platform ‘Katte’ as the meaning of it is platform and as per our perspective, it is a great move by the producers as the OTT platforms are booming in a huge manner and even the Kannada industry is on the boom which makes it to be a perfect recipe of success.
The brothers are the grandsons of the veteran comedian late Narasimharaju and they have even come up with a statement stating that they have seen potential growth in the E-commerce industry and they are not wrong when they say that as the industry has seen a growth of 330% this year as compared to the previous year so launching an OTT platform is the most sensible decision by the producers of the shows are amazing and binge-worthy then there is no denying the fact that the platform is going to witness huge success.
They have also stated that there was a need for a language-oriented platform which caters to the limited audience further stating that the new venture that they are going with is also going to help the Karnataka’s entertainment sector so as to help the local artist to portray their talent which will help them to have decent careers and will also help the artist get a push start to their respective careers.
Avinash also stated that watching dubbed and not in sync movies is just not worthy to watch but people have no choice so they tend to watch them but he said that there is no need for such a thing anymore as they have fulfilled the need of it and are going to do wonders with the new Kannada oriented platform.
