Who is John Blanchard?
The men thought that they have been talking to minors and they started arranging to meet them but instead, they were talking to detectives, this has been stated by the authorities in a statement. Blanchard was arrested on 29th October on charges of solicitation of prostitution from a minor age 16 or older.
He also used his vehicle to promote prostitution to unlawful sex, he got released on bond, it was not clear on Tuesday if he called for an attorney or not, his wife Robin and him, they both are senior pastors at Rock Church in Virginia Beach, according to the Church website, they have been lead pastors since the year 2013.

There have been videos that have come out of the Sunday’s service, Blanchard spoke at the beginning and at the end of the service, his wife was also speaking briefly, both of them have not addressed the charges as of this point in time. It seems like he is going to be appearing in the court in the coming weeks.
