The most prominent legendry singer of the Hindi music industry Javed Akhtar has filed a complaint against the beloved and stunning actress Kangna Ranaut. He took this stern action due to what she said in an interview about him in association with the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput case to Republic Tv. Hence, the Mumbai court magistrate has summoned the Kangan Ranaut in a criminal defamation complaint.
She stated that “Lyricists Javed Akhtar had been also involved with “gang” in connection with the death case of late actor Shushant Singh Rajput”. She commented on 20 July 2020 in her interview with Republic Tv. Whereas, Javed had faced lots of recusants on social media after the allegations against him. The complaint included the statement that “Kanga drags his name into the death case of late actor Shushant Singh Rajput unnecessarily and this directly affecting his life as he has to face many tantamounts. She has chosen to bring his reputation in front public and she drags him to make keep her presence in public. RR Khan the Magistrate of Mumbai city took knowledge of the complaint when it was filed for the inquiry report by Juhu Police.
The inquiry report had offered to the senior police inspector of Juhu Police station in December 2020. But Kangan Had refused to take any action to summon issued to her. According to the sources, Advocate Jay Kumar Bharadwaj lawyer of Javed Akhtar submitted a clip of Kangana’s interview to highlight the statement.
