The book is going to be published on 18th January by the imprint of Hachette Book Group, it was seen on Instagram, Spears stated she felt s strong desire in order to share her story around 2017, it happened after her daughter Maddie almost died in an ATV accident.
She stated, she has spent most of her life believing she needs to be perfect even when she wasn’t and no one really is, for the first time she has opened up about her own mental health issues, this has been the moment that has challenged her to be brutally honest with herself, she further stated about the hardships she faces.
There is a description of the book on the Worthy Website in which she has written about being the sister of Britney Spears and she has also spoken about being a child star, she has also spoken about being a mother while being a teenager and how Maddi’s accident upended her life but it also helped her to rediscover her faith and helped her to redirect her life.
She further stated, she needs to be an example for her daughters and stated that one should never edit themselves or the truth to please someone else, she stated she still has a lot to learn in life but as she is going to keep on learning about stuff, she is going to keep on providing her kids with knowledge and sense as she has learned it the hard way and she is going to learn in the coming years.
