After Ramadan, the 2nd holiest month of Islam is Muharram and the 10th day of Muharram is called the Day of Ashura. Muharram is one of the four holy months of the year when warfare is prohibited. If the full moon is seen on Monday, 9th August 2021 then Muharram will start from Tuesday, 10th August 2021. Though, if the moon is not visible on 9th August then Muharram will start on Wednesday, 11th August 2021.
