The episode starts with Karthik as he tells her that they got a fake letter from her side after that he tries to make Ahaan understand that she can’t do anything like this. Ishqi feels bad as she didn’t trust Ahaan. Here, Dadi says to Ahaan that he will not have to choose anyone because Ishqi and she loves him equally. Meanwhile, Dadi is thinking in her mind that she will make a plan soon to separate them from each other. Here, Ishqi receives a call and gets to know that Savitri is coming into her senses. Ishqi goes there.
Here, Ahaan enters the room and sees that Ishqi is not there. Ishqi reaches the hospital and goes to Savitri who is saying that she wants to meet her kids. She notices Ishqi there and recognizes her and says if she is her kids’ friend. Ishqi asks her about her kids. She says that her son’s name is Ahaan Veer Malhotra. Ishqi gets shocked hearing her. Savitri also blames her and says that she also tried to kill her. The doctor tells Ishqi about Savitri’s condition. Ishqi calms her down and says that she came here to see her on her wedding day and she is blaming her. Ishqi tells her that she is married to Ahaan and then takes her blessings.
On the other hand, Dadi is thinking about how to separate Ahaan and Ishqi from each other. Meanwhile, she receives a call from Rhea but Dadi ignores her call. After some time, she picked up her call as she called her several times. Dadi asks her why is she calling her. Rhea says to her that her truth is going to come out soon. Dadi says that Ahaan will not believe anyone, not even god. She disconnects the call saying never to call her. Here, Ahaan is searching for Ishqi and Dadi notices her. She asks him what is he doing here? Ahaan lies and says he is thinking to do something special for Ishqi. Dadi tells him that Rhea called her. Then Ahaan asks her not to trust her words.
Here, Dadi is thinking that she will get Ishqi out of their lives as she doesn’t want another Savitri in her life. In the hospital, Savitri explains everything to Ishqi that whatever Dadi did to her. She tells her that how Ahaan’s father was an alcoholic and used to beat her, one day he died in a car accident as he was drunk. After that, Dadi sent her behind the bars and filled hatred in her kids’ hearts against her. She pleads Ishqi to make her meet with their kids.
