She was an Emeritus and Adjunct Professor at Texas A&M University and the Chief Medical Consultant for the Veterinary Information Network, and lecturer in Feline Medicine throughout the world, and a private consultant. She tied the wedding knot to Dr. James H. Johnson a diplomate from the American College of Sports Medicine. Alice has 2 surrogate children, Wren (Pembroke Welsh Corgi) and Wilson (Border Terrier).

Alice got her degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of California at Davis. After that, she finished her internship at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston, MA, prior to coming back to U.C. Davis for her Small Animal Internal Medicine residency. Alice spent her whole life serving pets and animals. She also worked as a professor at Texas A&M University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, where she spent her essential twenty-four years teaching Small Animal Medicine. Prior to that, Dr. Alice practiced for 3 years in Albany which is in California, in the San Franciso Bay Area, which is a private veterinary.
