The allrounder from Africa has become the most expensive amongst the overseas player’s list at the auction. The player “Chris Morris”s has the luckiest player on the IPL as he is the most expensive one in the auction. For Glenn Maxwell, the bid started with Rs 2 crores and later it went further amongst the teams including Chennai Super Kings, and Kolkata Knight Riders, and it finally comes in the favor of Rajasthan Royals. Glenn had played for Punjab Kings for seven years and had scalped 1383 runs whereas the runs favored the team to set their foot in the finale 2014.
According to the reports, Punjab Kings tried their bid on Shakib Al Hasan with Rs 2.6 crore. But later he sold for Rs 3.2 crore to the previous team Knight Riders. And he won two titles in 2012 and 2014 for his former team. Punjab Kings had made their auction for players Dawid Malan, Richardson, For Rs 1.5 crore and 14 crores. Punjab Kings closed the deal at Rs 8 crore for Hobart Hurricanes Seamer Meredith for him they fought to Capitals who stucked at a bid of Rs 7.75 crores.
