As per the reports, the RCMP’s homicide unit has been investigating the case after four people were discovered dead at a Richmond, B.C., house on 25 January 2022, Tuesday. Richmond RCMP stated that the officers were asked to reach the 4500-block of Garden City Road in the city south of Vancouver late Tuesday night. In the statement, the police said that they discovered four people inside the home. The police reported that the victims were expected to be shot and killed on Monday around 7 pm.
The officers stated that the initial evidence proved that it was a targeted shooting but the officers don’t believe the homicides are related to the Lower Mainland gang violence. The police officers believed that the victims are familiar with each other. Later, the IHIT (Integrated Homicide Investigation Team) was called.
