He has been demanded police custody till the month of November 5 and on Friday the court has exceeded custody for three days, it has been confirmed by the Pune Police that the arrest of Kiran Gosavi is in connection with the 2018 cheating case, the police commissioner of Pune Amitabh Gupta has stated earlier that they have arrested Gosavi in a 2018 cheating case from a lodge in the Katraj area in Pune at 3:00 am.
What Is The Case of Gosavi Arrest
Kiran Gosavi used to run a company named KPG Dreamz Productions which was promising jobs across to aspirants from numerous fields, the company was using social media platforms for their promotion, there was a case that got registered after one such aspirant accused Gosavi of duping him Rs.3.09 lakh on the pretext of a job at one of the hotels in Malaysia.
It was found out by the aspirant at the time that he has been created by Kiran Gosavi, the case got lodged in Farakhana Police station in Pune City, Gosavi seems to be the main accused in the case and a charge sheet has been filed in the year 2019, this has been stated by the authorities.
Kiran Gosavi is also the witness in the Mumbai Cruise Drugs case in which there were as many as 20 people which included Aryan Khan who got arrested the case, Kiran came into the limelight after he was seen in selfies with the Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan after the raid by the NCB earlier this month.
