Achyut Madhav Gokhale was real of him. He was a writer, Indian civil servant, and former Nagaland chief secretary. He took birth on January 03, 1946, in Indian He was mainly known for working as a social worker. He was associated with government policies such as Jawahar Rozgar Yojana and Village Development Boards. He also worked in Swaminathan Research Foundation as an executive director. He served as a chairman at the Ministry of Environment and Forests in the Genetic Engineering Approval Committee.
