There has been a sad demise of the actor Chitra who has passed away at her residence where she was staying in Chennai. She was at the age of 56 as she suffered through a heart attack on Saturday morning, Chitra has been a person who has acted in so many South Indian films, and currently, she was acting in many Tamil serials. The actress was spectacular in the song which can never be forgotten by the fans, the name of the song is Neelakuyile Chhollu which was released in 1991 from the movie ‘Adwaitham’.

She has been acting in more than 100 films and she has been doing a wide range of roles for the longest time, she has acted with Mohanlal and Prem nazir for her debut film Aattakalasham in the year 1983, she was nicknamed Nallennai Chithra which was because of the fame she managed to get the advertisement for an oil company.
