The breakthrough has come after the death of Timmy Rakei who is at the age of 44, he got stuck in a car that plowed through a section of road where he was working with his colleague, the father from Bayswater died at the scene, his 38-year-old colleague was flown to the hospital because of his life-threatening injuries. The father who is from Bayswater died at the scene. The arrest has been followed up with an intense two-day manhunt, his beloved ones have pleaded that the driver should own up to what they have done.
