He further stated he is praying for the full recovery, this angry violent behavior is not going to be tolerated in politics or when we talk about any other walk of life, the 69-year-old who is an MP for Southend West has been stabbed as he was meeting the constituents at Belfairs Methodist Church.

There was an air ambulance which was sent to the scene, the Southend Councillor naming John Lamb was at the scene after the stabbing, it was further stated by Sir David has been a family man having four daughters and a son. He has been someone who has always helped people in the community and especially refugees, he is a very amicable person and he does stick by his guns.

He further stated that he has his beliefs and he likes to stick by them, it was further told by Mr. Lamb to BBC, the MP had not been taken to the hospital but he got operated on by the medics at the scene, he further stated that he was still waiting to hear the extent of Sir David’s injuries but he understood that the MP was in a very serious condition.
It has been stated by the Jo Cox Foundation, the charity has been set up in memory of the MP who was murdered in the year 2016, he stated he was horrified after hearing about the stabbing, it seems like he is a respected MP who is helping the community to his fullest potential.
