His competitive fire, drive, work ethic for excellence made him different from others. Following his disastrous accident, those few qualities allowed him to deal with his new challenges with the same determination and ability that we had seen on the field of football.
He further added, “Even after the tragic incident, Bobby continued to bring inspiration and light into the lives of many who were around him and in fact not only the person who around him but also those people who never met him yet.” Bobby suffered from numerous spinal cord injuries jumping off a boat in Florida ensuring his sophomore season. Through his social media account, he had been sharing his journey of rehab and becomes the source of encouragement for the program of football.
