As per the reports, the two police officers are fired and trees are transferred to the desk duty after the excessive use of force during a protest against the unpleasant death of Floyd. The whole reports are official as they state mayor of Atlanta has confirmed the news.
You all should know that Keisha Lance Bottoms who is the Mayor of Atlanta clarified that she and some police chiefs were involved in a meeting where Erika Shields made the decision after reviewing body-camera footage of a Saturday night incident. The use of excessive force is the reason why the authorities have to jump in the middle of the situation. The police officer, Ivory Streeter is fired from his duty as he was hired in December 2003, and another Investigator Mark Gardner who was hired in August 1997 is fired too.

The two police officers who are fired were involved in the excessive force used with Messiah Young and his passenger was Taniyah Pilgrim. Both are the black people and that’s why the controversy went viral.
Also, the woman is released from her charges and the man who was driving the car is also free to go. The woman was charged with attempting to elude police and driving with a suspended license. In the video, we can clearly see that the way police treated them both is really very scary. Plus, the current situation of America isn’t looking good though President Trump has made clear that they will investigate everything which is going on.
