The episode begins with Dolly as she is leaving. Kavya sees Anupama. Nandini tells Anupama to keep well as she will come tomorrow. Samar says to Anupama that she should rest for some time having medicine. Rakhi comes and asks which room Anupma will stay. Pakhi asks her to stay with her. Anupama refuses to stay with her as her room is near Vanraj’s room. Rakhi leaves. Here, Kavya goes to Vanraj and asks if he has a headache. Vanraj says yes. Kavya tells him to have a pain killer tablet. He says thanks to her.
After that, Kavya starts to manipulate Vanraj against Anupama and Shahs. She says that he is in pain just because of his family members. She says that Shahs is Anupama’s side instead of him. Vanraj asks her to stop talking about all this as he has a headache but she doesn’t stop and says that Hasmukh should take his opinion before making any decision related to the property. He agrees with her and says that he has to give alimony to Anupama. Kavya thinks that Vanraj lost his job and still thinking about alimony. Kavya instigates him more against Anupama thinking that one day, he will understand her.
Afterward, Anupama thinks to shift into the storeroom and decides to clean it. All family members help her in cleaning and decorating the room. Anupama gets emotional seeing everyone helping her. On the other side, Kavya also decides to set her room according to her. She throws all stuff of Anupamam outside the room. Anupama says thanks to Hasmukh and Leela. She also thanks her children. Pakhi starts clicking the pictures with everyone. Kavya also does the same. Kavya notices a calendar that is kept by Anupama. Vanraj comes and says that Anupama has spent her 25 years in this room so she needs to be patient as the room will adapt slowly.
Later on, Anupama and her mother talk to each other over the phone. Anupama says sorry to her mother for not coming to check on her. After that, Anupama thinks that she should begin her work. Meanwhile, Leela collected a courier and get into a small argument with the delivery boy. Anupama says to Leela that it must be Kavya’s parcel. Kavya comes there and says that she ordered food for her and Vanraj. Leela says that Vanraj won’t eat these raw vegetables. Kavya asks Anupama not to prepare food for Vanraj.
