These schools will be inaugurated as part of the 1st phase of the proposal of the government to establish 100 new Sainik Schools around the nation in meeting with other organizations. In comparison to the present Sainik Schools, they will be more formal and academically relentless. The new schools will be separate from the current Sainik Schools in terms of curriculum and facilities.
In order to deliver excellent education to students by National Education Policy and to provide them with enhanced career possibilities, including chances to be a part of the Armed Forces, the establishment of 100 new Sainik Schools is being undertaken. Pupils who have already qualified for the AISSEE-2022 have been informed about the new institutions, as per the university. Candidates who intend to register for counseling should do so on the official website of the university. Admission will be granted on the basis of the qualifying examination that will be held soon for people who are presently enrolled in the new Sainik School but are keen to transfer to the new schools. The website for summoning submission for the remaining new Sainik schools to be considered for inclusion in the next round is expected to reopen in the first week of April, as per expectations.
Admission Process Of New Sainik School
Entry into the new Sainik School pattern at these schools will be restricted to pupils in the 6th grade exclusively as per the following guidelines.
- At least 40% of the 6th-grade intake will come from applicants who have qualified for the All-India Sainik School Entrance Examination, which will be administrated by the National Testing Agency (NTA) through E-counselling.
- It is expected that up to 60% of the intake would come from kids who are already enrolled in the same school and who are interested in applying for admission under this vertical of new Sainik Schools through a qualifying exam, for which a separate notice will be released.
